What data we process and why

• Booking a call. If you book a call through Calendly, we collect your name, email, the date and time you choose and any notes you add. We use them to organise the call and answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Email. If you write to info@camera26.com, we use the data in your message to reply, on the same legal basis.
• Technical data. The server hosting the site logs technical data about visits (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser) for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site uses no analytics or profiling tools.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), website hosting.
• Calendly, LLC (United States), booking management. Data may be transferred to the United States: Calendly takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as its privacy notice explains.

How long we keep it

Booking and email data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (for example billing data, if you become a client). Server technical data follows the hosting provider's retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can object to its processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to info@camera26.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics.

Cookies come only from Calendly, and only when you choose to open the calendar with "Book a call" or "Show available times". Before that click the page does not connect to Calendly. Calendly shows its own notice to choose which cookies to accept; details are in its privacy notice.

If you would rather not receive Calendly cookies, write to info@camera26.com and we will arrange the call by email.
